Please read before booking: All appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees. This allows me time to offer the spot to another client and manage my schedule fairly. • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours): 50% of the service total will be charged. • No-shows or same-day cancellations: 100% of the service total will be charged. • A valid card is required to book and will only be charged if this policy is violated. Same-Day Emergencies: I understand life happens. If you experience a true emergency (illness, accident, etc.), please reach out as soon as possible.
